Our Product
AOP Cell
The Advanced Oxidation Process leverages UV-generating optics paired with a proprietary nanoX coating infused with rare catalysts. When exposed to water, the ultraviolet light initiates a reaction with the nanoX coating, yielding hydroxyl radicals and superoxide ions. These highly reactive species effectively oxidize volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and eradicate microorganisms. Notably, hydroxyl radicals rank among the most potent oxidizers globally, surpassing the effectiveness of chlorine, ozone, and peroxide, albeit with a short lifespan.
PlasmoX technology harnesses nature’s innate air purification mechanisms, replicating a natural, safe, and efficient process. Our technology employs a secure and brief electrical discharge to generate dual-polarity ions (positive and negative), dispersing them into the surrounding air. As these ions adhere to air pollutant surfaces, including bacteria and viruses, they naturally deplete hydrogen from the molecular structure of these pollutants. Consequently, this process eliminates them, leading to the creation of cleaner and fresher air.
Effective on Bacteria, Virus, Fungus, Voc’s Odors and Particulate Matter.
The benefit Ultraviolet germicidal irradiation (UVGI) is a disinfection method that uses shortwavelength
ultraviolet (UV-C) light to kill or inactivate microorganisms by destroying nuclei acids
and disrupting their DNA, leaving them unable to perform vital cellular functions.
The AOP Cell can be installed in ductwork utilizing the pre-drilled mounting flange and factory
applied gasket. The installer makes a duct cut out and secures the unit to the duct with self-tapping
sheet metal screws. The unit can also be installed inside an HVAC unit utilizing a contractor
supplied mounting bracket. Power to the inlet should be interlocked with system fan operation. The
power input fitting provides easy disconnection of the power supply for servicing the unit. Three
LED lights indications shows the operation of UV lamp, Ionizer and Pest repellent. A low voltage
dry contact is provided for remote monitoring of unit operation.
